How are delays identified in HubSpot?

This article for PVS specialists explains potential reasons for delays in related services assignments and how this is tracked in HubSpot.

HubSpot tickets for related services referrals have been updated to include a new property that documents a delay in related services.  A delay may be identified for one of the following reasons:

  • Current therapist at capacity
  • Face to face provider needed
  • Vendor(s) do not have therapists with state certification
  • Waiting on credentials for existing therapist
  • Therapist is currently in onboarding process

PVS Operations Team will select an option from the Reason for Delay property if a delay is anticipated and/or the ticket has been open for more than seven school days.

Whenever a reason for delay is selected, this triggers a note within the HubSpot ticket and also sends an internal email notification to the pod specialist with the same details as listed in the note.
