This article will explain how therapists and evaluators can send section webmails in the Pearson Online Classroom.
You can send section webmails to all students in a section by selecting Sections & Students and clicking on the name of your section. Select Send a Webmail Message to send a message to all students in the section. Since this will include multiple recipients from different households, the message should be generic and cannot contain personally identifiable information.
Section webmails may be used for the following communications:
- Introductory message at the beginning of the school year
- Reminder that all sessions are cancelled during an upcoming week due to winter break,
therapist vacation, etc. - Sharing a copy of a presentation, PDF, or website that would be helpful for all students in the section
After selecting Send a WebMail Message, you will have the option of sending the message to students, caretakers, or both.
Draft your section webmail message and select “Send."
