This article will guide therapists, teachers, and evaluators through how to access the planner for students in assigned sections.
Access the planner by selecting Sections & Students at the top of the online classroom and select My Students. If you have more than one section created for therapy groups, you can choose to display students in All Sections or students in a specific section.
Find the student whose planner you would like to update and click on their name to display a list of options. Hover over Planner and select it to open that student’s planner. Remember that unless you are hosting group therapy sessions and have just one section with only students in that group, you should create planner events for students individually. If you create a section event on the planner, this means that the same event will display on all students’ planners in that section.
The student's Planner shows all scheduled lessons, dynamically populated whenever the Scheduler is run (discussed in the next lesson) and provides access to those lessons. Personal events and reminders can be added too. Students should access their lessons from their home page in the online classroom.
There are three options for viewing the Planner: Day, Week, and Month. Students and staff can toggle among the three views by selecting the link at the top-right of the Planner.
