How will I know when my students have been sectioned?
This article will explain the sectioning process and how notification is sent once sectioning has been completed.
All students assigned to third-party provider(s) for evaluations and/or therapy will be assigned to the provider's section. After the PVS Operations team's related services coordinator has closed the referral ticket and added the provider's ID number to the appropriate therapist assignment field within the Provision Data View or 3rd Party Referral Data View, they will add the student to the provider's section or create a new section.
Once the ticket has been closed and the student has been sectioned, the vendor's main contact/liaison and school's special education leader will receive an automatic email notification with details confirming the assignment.
Information entered in the Provision Data View or 3rd Party Referral Data View is also visible within the Special Education Vendor Management Data View. In the screenshot below, a therapist has not been assigned for ABA services, so the ID number is blank and the therapist name says "No ID Entered."

After the related services coordinator enters the ID number of the assigned therapist, the "Therapist Name" field automatically updates to show the provider's name as shown in the screenshot below.
