What if I submitted a referral incorrectly?

This article explains what to do if you have submitted a related services referral request with incorrect information.

Incorrect submissions most often include the wrong student ID number, setting, or minutes per month.  You can easily correct these errors by resubmitting the Related Services Request Form.

  1. When filling out the form, select "Correcting error in prior submission" from the dropdown menu for Type of Request.
  2. The field "Type of error in prior submission" will display next.  Select the most relevant option.
  3. Use the ticket name and description fields to include relevant details, particularly if you know the previous ticket name or if the request relates to an error in student ID number.
