This article explains how the revised referral process impacts schools who complete their own sectioning tasks.
If your school handles sectioning for related services, you will continue to submit related services and evaluation referrals using the form. PVS Operations Team will not section your students per school's request, but the school will be responsible for sectioning students for related services and evaluation sections as well as updating these sections if students are no longer working with specific providers.
Once you receive an email notification that a student has been assigned to an evaluator or therapist, you may section the student. Another option is to use the Power BI report and filter specifically for Ticket Status of "Therapist Assigned" or "Evaluator Assigned."
