This article explains how to use the new Power BI report which includes details from all new evaluation referrals submitted via form.
With the implementation of an updated evaluation referral process, an Evaluations and Related Services Referrals report has been released in Power BI. This report updates daily each morning and allows users to filter by the following data points:
- Ticket Create Date
- Evaluation Type
- Student ID
- Ticket Status
A data table within the report provides a comprehensive view and includes the following data points gathered from evaluation referral forms and ticket correspondence:
- Ticket Name
- Ticket Create Date
- Ticket Status
- Student ID and Name
- School Name
- Type of Request
- Reason for Evaluation
- Type of Evaluation
- Setting for Evaluation
- Dead for School to Receive Results
- Change in Status (if applicable)
- Ticket Close Date
- Evaluator Assigned
